Purpose: To make the “https://github.com/opnform/opnform” available in Portuguese for Codefor PT users.

It will be completed when:

• There is a ready-to-use European instance of OpnForm

• a questionnaire has been created on codefor.pt

• a workflow using Activepieces and OpnForm has been published

• the maintenance documentation is ready

• uptime is configured
