Form builder OpnForm

Purpose: to make the https://github.com/opnform/opnform available in Portuguese for Codefor PT users.

It will be completed when:

• there is a European instance of OpnForm ready to use

• a questionnaire is created within codefor.pt

• a flow using Activepieces and OpnForm is published

• maintenance documentation is ready

• uptime is configured
